Questions about getting customers
Fourteen answers
Everything a sales call would cover, before the call.
What is a TRND-Site™?
A TRND-Site™ is the customer-facing digital foundation AutoTRND builds for a business: a custom site designed around the customer’s next action, with clear offers, trust, booking, quote or purchase paths, and forms that land in the TRND Hub™ instead of an inbox. It is the first step of the AutoTRND Growth System™ and the base of every package.
What is the TRND Hub™, and is it available now?
The TRND Hub™ is the owner-facing business system behind a TRND-Site™: customers, bookings, invoices and payments through your own Stripe account, review requests, follow-ups, the offer program and the monthly Growth report in one dashboard. It is a shipped product, live since August 2026 and running real businesses today. Each business has its own workspace with its own branding, and its data is separated from every other workspace.
What is the AutoTRND Growth System™?
Six steps in a fixed order: build the foundation with a TRND-Site™, add the TRND Hub™, create retention offers, get found on Google, promote the offer, then analyze, improve and repeat. Retention deliberately comes before visibility and ads, because traffic pushed at a business that cannot keep customers is wasted.
Which business type am I?
Service means you book work: plumbers, contractors, schools and anyone who quotes, schedules and invoices. Retail means people visit a place: cafés, barbershops, salons, boutiques, gyms and restaurants. Ecommerce means you sell online through Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom cart. Each type has its own package, its own Growth work and its own pipeline in the TRND Hub™.
What does AutoTRND cost?
The TRND-Site™ is $149/mo for every business type. Adding monthly Growth work is $349/mo for service and ecommerce businesses and $249/mo for retail businesses. Adding the TRND Hub™ is $599/mo for service, $499/mo for ecommerce and $399/mo for retail, with full-system launch prices of $499/mo, $399/mo and $299/mo for the first three clients who sign at them. Setup is one month — half to begin, half the day it goes live.
What does each step cost?
Every business type starts with the TRND-Site™ at $149/mo. Monthly Growth work takes a service or ecommerce business to $349/mo and a retail business to $249/mo. Adding the TRND Hub™ — the offer program, the pipeline and the owner dashboard — is $599/mo for service, $499/mo for ecommerce and $399/mo for retail. Launch pricing takes $100/mo off each of those for the first three clients who sign at it, and those clients keep that price for life. Setup is one month, half to begin and half the day it goes live.
Do I have to switch my register, cart or card processing?
No. Retail offers are redeemed at your existing register as an ordinary offer code, and an online store keeps its cart, checkout and customer data. If you run Square, the TRND Hub™ can read your sales in so returning and lapsed customers are measured rather than self-reported. That connection is Square today; for every other register the code path works without any connection.
Can customers book and pay through the site?
Yes. A TRND-Site™ connects customers to the TRND Hub™ booking calendar and to payments through your own Stripe account. Bookings, invoices and payments stay attached to the customer record, so the follow-up knows what happened.
Who does the work each month?
AutoTRND does. The Growth work, the offers, the review responses and the follow-up automations are built and run by the person who built your site. You approve the offers and see the results in the Growth tab. You do not operate the system.
Will this get my business to rank on Google?
No provider can promise rankings, traffic or lead volume, and AutoTRND does not. Growth focuses on Google Business Profile setup and optimisation for local businesses, pages that answer real searches and, for service businesses, local authority. Ecommerce work focuses on product and category search, not Maps. The monthly report shows what changed, measured rather than promised.
What is the free audit, and what does it not do?
The free audit is a headline report on your current website: AI-search readiness, Google basics, whether the key answers on the site can be quoted on their own, design and build, what is already working, and three specific findings you can check yourself. It is a headline report rather than a page-by-page teardown of every URL, and it does not promise rankings or traffic.
What is included in every package?
Every package includes a business phone number with calls and texts, social posting across every platform, and an ads manager, alongside the TRND-Site™, the offer program, the pipeline and the owner dashboard.
Does AutoTRND run ads for me?
Yes. Running the campaigns is part of your monthly plan, through the ads manager in your TRND Hub™, with ad-form leads landing in your customer list and the ad spend on your own card. The ads themselves are realistic ads made with AI — video from Seedance 2.5, one of the most realistic AI video models available — so there is no shoot day and no film crew, priced per ad from $99, or from $49 on a TRND Hub™ plan, and every client gets a content plan tailored to their business first. The system is built so every ad lands on an offer and a follow-up that already work.
What happens if I leave?
If you leave, your customer data comes with you, and if you’re moving to another provider, we transfer your domain to you. The site itself stays with us — you were renting it, which is why there was never a big invoice up front.
How do I start?
Enter your website and your biggest concern at the free audit. The automatic headline report covers AI-search readiness, Google basics, passage citability, and design and build on the audit page. If your browser cannot run it, the form still sends a request for manual follow-up. If you want to talk, the call starts from what the report found, with the right package for your business type already in view.
Still a question?
Start with the free audit, or write to the person who does the work.
