Who you are agreeing with

These terms cover your use of this website, operated by AutoTrend Software LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company trading as AutoTRND, at 155 Willowbrook Blvd, Wayne, NJ 07470. Using the site means you accept them.

What this site is, and what it is not

This is a marketing website. It describes what AutoTRND does and lets you get in touch. Nothing on it is a contract, an offer capable of acceptance, or a promise of a particular result.

Work is delivered under a separate written agreement covering scope, price, payment and cancellation. If anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.

Prices shown here

Published prices are current at the date on this page and can change. A price stops changing for you once it is written into your agreement.

Launch pricing is limited to the stated number of clients. It is not a discount off a former price — it is a lower price that rises once those places are taken. Clients who sign at a launch price keep that price for as long as they stay, which is the point of it.

Any figure shown for a third-party service is that provider’s cost, billed by them to you, and it can change without notice from us.

What we do not promise

We make no promise about search rankings, traffic, leads, sales or revenue, and we never will. Anyone in this industry who promises you a ranking is either guessing or lying — search engines do not sell placement in organic results and nobody controls their algorithms.

What we do commit to is the work: the site gets built, the monthly work gets done, and you are told what changed and what it produced. Results depend on your market, your offer, your competitors and your own follow-up, none of which are ours to control.

Using this site

Use it lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to it or to anything connected to it. Do not submit forms on behalf of someone who has not asked you to, and do not use our contact details to send unsolicited marketing.

What belongs to whom

The design, code, text, images and structure of this site belong to AutoTrend Software LLC. The names AutoTRND, TRND-Site™, TRND Hub™ and AutoTRND Growth System™ are ours. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Anything you send us stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to respond to you and to do the work you asked for.

Ownership of work delivered to a client is set by that client’s agreement, not by this page.

If you are a client and you leave

This is how leaving works for every business-owner client. Your written agreement sets out the details, including how much notice to give.

• Your website: access ends when the service ends. The design and code stay with AutoTrend Software LLC — you were renting the site, which is why there was never a large invoice up front.
• Your domain: we release it. We deactivate it on our side so you can register it with the provider of your choice. How long it takes to become available again is set by the domain provider, not by us.
• Your TRND Hub™ data: you can export your contacts and customer records once the latest invoice is paid.

Software licences are separate

Where AutoTRND licenses software rather than delivering a service — for example the TRND Hub™ sold to agencies — that is governed by its own licence agreement and not by these terms. Nothing on this website grants a licence to any software. The agency licence is set out in plain terms at /agencies/licence.

Other companies’ services

This site links to and relies on services run by other companies. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Their terms and their prices are theirs.

The site is provided as it is

We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of this website is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100), and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business. Liability under a signed client agreement is governed by that agreement instead. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and both of us agree to that.

Changes to these terms

These terms are current as of 11 September 2026. If they change, the date changes with them, and the version in force is the one published when you used the site.
