What it is

What is the TRND Hub™?

The TRND Hub™ is the owner-facing business system behind a TRND-Site™. The site helps customers take action. The Hub helps the owner manage that action: who the customer is, what they asked for, what they paid, when they were last heard from, and what the next follow-up is.

It is built once as one product and configured per business, never rebuilt from scratch. Your workspace carries your branding, and the tools inside it are the same ones AutoTRND uses to run your growth work, so the report you read is the system itself rather than a summary of it.

(included — rolling out)

A business phone number with calls and texts

Missed-call text-back will reply automatically and create a follow-up. Every call and text will land on the customer’s timeline.

(included — rolling out)

Social posting across every platform

Post everywhere from one screen.

(included — rolling out)

An ads manager

Campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and more in one place, with ad-form leads going straight into your customer list. Running campaigns is a separate service AutoTRND does not sell yet.

Product truth

Is the TRND Hub™ available now?

Yes. The TRND Hub™ shipped in August 2026 and has been running real businesses since. It is multi-tenant: each business gets its own workspace, its own branding and its own data, and no workspace can see another. That separation is enforced in the database itself and checked by an automated security suite that tries to read across workspaces and fails.

Three features are included in every package signed from now on and are still being finished: a business phone number with calls and texts, social posting across every platform, and an ads manager. They are labelled (included — rolling out) wherever they appear, and the label comes down as each one lands. Every client signed from here is owed all three.

The ads manager is a tool, included in the Hub — every campaign in one place. Running the campaigns is a service AutoTRND does not sell yet.

The real value

What does the offer program actually do?

First-time offerReturning-customer offerReferral rewardMonthly giveaway

The Hub's real value is not that it is a CRM. It is the offer program: a first-time offer, a returning-customer offer, a referral reward and a monthly giveaway, written and run for you. Almost no local business runs a retention program consistently, and every platform that could sells the owner a tool and walks away.

The pipeline stages come from those offers, configured per business type. Every stage asks the same question: Has this customer gone cold at this stage for X days? That is what the Hub's workflow engine does, all day, for every customer on the list.

From stage to next action

A pipeline built around how customers buy.

These examples use the triggers in each business-type offer. Where a timer or action is not specified, it stays explicit rather than becoming a promise of automation.
