Which one are you?
TRND Labs grows out of the system this company is run on: six studios, a routing layer that decides which model does what, and the working structure underneath both. Each studio is installed as it ships, on your machine with your accounts and keys, and you learn to drive it.
The reality
Most people paying for a frontier model use it as a better search box. That is not a skill problem — it is a structure problem. Without a place for work to live, a convention for how tasks get handed off, and a rule for which model gets which job, every session starts from nothing and ends as a chat log.
This is the structure, taken directly out of a business that runs on it. It is not a course, and it is not a prompt pack. It is the working system, installed, with a guide naming exactly which accounts and API keys you supply — never mine.
What gets installed
The layer you run the other five studios from: it manages skills and project folders and answers questions across them. It is not the website-specific Operations OS. It ships when it is done. There is no date on it, and a date would be invented.
The deepest of the six, and the one this site was built with: research, brief, SEO architecture, visual and motion direction, build handoff, and the review sheet that grades the result against something measurable instead of taste.
Scaffolding, planning and build routing for product work. Most of it is general-purpose, which is why it is priced below the Website Studio rather than beside it.
Production and repurposing. It ships when it is genuinely done, not when it is demonstrable.
The journal, review and risk half only — a discipline harness where you bring your own signals and your own broker. It does not tell you what to trade, and it never will. That is a different regulatory class and no disclaimer fixes it.

The front door
One session, live, on your machine. You drive the whole way — that is the point. Watching someone else install a system teaches you nothing about running it.

A monthly subscription to the studios themselves — the skills, the routing layer and the working structure, as a distributable edition you keep on your own machine, with the update stream as the thing worth paying for.
When this opens: This opens once the pilot has run and the setup guide is written from what people actually got stuck on — not before. Pricing is deliberately not published until then, because publishing a number measured against nobody is how a price gets locked in wrong.
The Setup Session is bookable now. Studio Access is not, and the fastest way to change that is to say what you would want it to do.
