The front door
One session. Your machine, your keys, and one real thing finished before it ends.
You drive the whole way. Watching somebody else install a system teaches you nothing about running it, which is why this is a session rather than a delivery.
$199 · 60–90 minutes
The shape of it
Four things happen, in this order.
-
Map
What you want to achieve with AI and the end result you are working toward. Then we look at what you actually do in a week and which parts are worth handing to a machine to reach that goal. This is also the honest qualification step — if the answer is "none of it yet", that gets said.
-
Install
Live screen share, on your hardware, with your accounts and your API keys. You type. Nothing gets installed under someone else’s credentials, ever.
-
Make one real thing
Not a demo and not a sample project. Something from your own work, finished inside the session, so you have seen the whole loop once.

Written recap
What was installed, what it costs to run, what broke, and the next thing worth doing — in writing, afterwards.
The $199 credits against your first month of Studio Access, if you go on to it.
The comparison
What changes, and what it costs either way.
You are already paying for the tools. The question is only whether there is a system around them.
| Feature | With a Setup Session | Carrying on as you are |
|---|---|---|
| What you pay for tools | ~$40/mo, your own accounts | ~$40/mo, your own accounts |
| What you pay once | $199 | No session fee |
| Where the work lives | A structure, on your machine | A folder of chat logs |
| Which model does which job | Decided by the routing layer | Whichever one you opened |
| Starting a new project | From the studio that already exists | From nothing, again |
| Whose accounts and keys | Yours | Yours |
| Who does the setup | You, with the person who built it | You, alone |
| You finish something real | In the session | — |
The tooling line is identical on purpose. This does not add a subscription — it adds a system to the ones you already have.
What you need before booking.
This is the honest version, and it is why the session is a qualification gate rather than a sales call.
- A computer you administer — you can install things and open a terminal on it
- The AI subscriptions you already pay for. If you are not paying for any yet, this is early for you
- Roughly $40/month of tooling in total, on your own accounts, billed to you by those providers
- A real piece of your own work to bring, so the session ends with something finished
If that list reads as a lot, this is not the right time — and being told so before you pay is the point of putting it here.
