Questions worth asking
Including the one about whether this is for you, answered honestly.
If the answer is that it is early for you, that is better said here than after you have paid.
TRND Labs questions
Is this for beginners?
Honestly, no. The prerequisites assume a machine you administer and subscriptions you already pay for. Somebody genuinely at the start line will spend the session on setup and churn a fortnight later, which serves nobody. The person this works for is already paying for AI tools and getting very little back from them — the problem is structure, not access.
Do I use your API keys or your accounts?
Never. Everything is installed under your own accounts, with your own keys, and the setup guide names exactly which ones you need. Nothing you build depends on access that can be switched off from this end.
Is this a course?
No. There are no lessons and no modules. It is the working system this company actually runs on — the skills, the routing layer and the structure — installed on your machine, plus a session teaching you to drive it.
What happens if I stop subscribing?
What is on your machine stays on your machine. What stops is the update stream — the new and revised skills as the system changes. That is the honest shape of this: the files are markdown and could be copied by anyone, so nobody is going to pretend otherwise. What is worth paying for is that it keeps being maintained.
Does anything run on your servers?
No. It runs on your machine, under your accounts. That is a deliberate boundary — a hosted version where work executes on someone else’s infrastructure is a different product with a different risk profile, and it is not what this is.
What does the Trading Studio actually do?
It journals, reviews and enforces risk rules on trades you decided to make, with signals and a broker you bring yourself. It does not generate signals, recommend positions or tell you what to trade. That is a different regulatory category and it is out of scope permanently, not until a later version.
What does it cost to run, beyond the price?
Roughly $40/month of tooling in total on your own accounts, billed by those providers directly. That figure comes from actual usage rather than an estimate — the studios ship with their skills already written, so you are not spending tokens building the thing you bought.
When does Studio Access open, and what does it cost?
It opens after the pilot has run and the setup guide has been written from where people actually got stuck — not before. There is no published price yet, deliberately: a price measured against nobody is a price that gets locked in wrong. The Setup Session is bookable today and is the way in.
