Each studio is a working set of skills, a routing layer that decides which model does which job, and the structure the work lives in. They ship as they are genuinely finished, not as they become demonstrable.

The routing layer
The part that decides which model gets which job, and when a task should be planned before it is built. It is the difference between owning good tools and having a workshop.
The working structure
Where projects live, how a task is handed from planning to building, and what gets written down so the next session does not start from nothing.

Operations holds the structure for the other studios. This is the product order, not a release schedule; each status says what is available.
Operations Studio
Coming soonThe layer you run the other five studios from. It manages your skills and project folders and answers questions across all your studios. It is not the Operations OS, which is website-specific.
It ships when it is done. There is no date on it, and a date would be invented.
Website Studio
Available firstThe deepest of the six, and the one this website was built with: research, brief, SEO architecture, visual and motion direction, a build handoff, and a grading sheet that scores the result against measurable criteria instead of taste.
It carries the most machine-specific setup, which is exactly why it is first — the pilot is meant to find where that setup breaks.
App Studio
NextPlanning, scaffolding and build routing for product work. Most of its structure is general-purpose rather than specific to any one stack.
Priced below the Website Studio when it opens, because it is less bespoke — not because it is worth less.
Content Studio
When it is finishedProduction and repurposing: turning one piece of work into the several formats it should have been in already.
It ships when it is done. There is no date on it, and a date would be invented.
Trading Studio
When it is finished — deliberately narrowThe journal, review and risk half only. You bring your own signals and your own broker; the studio is a discipline harness that makes you write down what you did and grades you against your own rules.
It does not tell you what to trade and it never will. Anything that does is a different regulatory category, and no disclaimer fixes that. This boundary is not a limitation to be lifted later.
