Who this is

This site is operated by AutoTrend Software LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company trading as AutoTRND, at 155 Willowbrook Blvd, Wayne, NJ 07470. The brand name drops the “e”; the company name does not. Both refer to the same business.

For anything in this policy, write to contact.autotrend.io@gmail.com. A person reads it — there is no support queue.

What this site collects

Only what you type into a form. There is no account, no login and no profile on this site.

• The free-audit form: your website address, email, business name, your answer to the routing question, and a phone number if you choose to give one.
• The contact form: your name, business name, email, business type, an optional phone number and website, and what you write in the message box.
• The waitlist forms on the agency and TRND Labs pages: your name, business name, email, an optional website, which option you are interested in, and what you write.
• Ordinary technical information your browser sends to any website it visits — an IP address, a browser type — handled by our hosting provider as part of serving the page.

What it is used for

To answer you, to produce whatever you asked for, and to follow up about it. That is the whole list.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we never will. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing, we do not build advertising audiences from it, and we do not enrich it with data bought from anywhere else.

Who else touches it, stated plainly

Running a website means a small number of companies handle your data on our behalf. They act on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes:

• Our website host, which serves these pages and receives form submissions.
• The TRND Hub™, our own business system, where a submission becomes a customer record so we can respond to it.
• Our email provider, which delivers replies and confirmations to you.

Cookies and what is stored in your browser

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker of any kind on it. That is a deliberate choice, and it is checked whenever the site is rebuilt.

One thing is stored locally in your browser: autotrnd-theme, which remembers whether you chose the light or dark appearance. It never leaves your device, it identifies nobody, and clearing your browser data removes it.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept while there is a reason to keep them — an open conversation, an ongoing relationship, or a record we are required to hold for tax or accounting purposes. When there is no longer a reason, they are deleted.

You do not have to wait for that. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are legally required to keep a specific record.

Your rights over your information

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete it.
• Send you a copy.
• Stop using it for a particular purpose, including stopping contact from us entirely.

If you are in New Jersey, California, or the EU or UK

Residents of New Jersey, California and a growing number of other states have specific rights under their own privacy laws, including the right to know, to delete, to correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information and we do not run targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the right to know, correct and delete applies and we honour it.

We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

If you are in the EU or UK: our basis for handling your information is your request to us and our legitimate interest in responding to it. You may object at any time, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise anything above, email contact.autotrend.io@gmail.com from the address you contacted us with, or tell us enough to find your record. We answer within 30 days.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

Security, honestly stated

Submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in systems protected by access controls. No website can promise perfect security, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we can say is that we collect as little as possible, which is the most effective protection there is.

Changes to this policy

This policy describes the site as of 11 September 2026. If it changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it. We do not make changes retroactively.
