For places people visit
They bought once. Then they walked out and vanished.
Cafés, barbershops, salons, boutiques, gyms and restaurants. AutoTRND builds the TRND-Site™, runs light Growth work for local visibility, and with the TRND Hub™ runs the offers that turn a first visit into a regular. It works with the register you already have. From $149/mo.
The problem
Why does a place with foot traffic still lose its regulars?
A shop, café or salon already has customers. What it usually does not have is a customer list, a reason for a first-timer to come back, and any signal when a regular quietly stops coming. Retention is left to memory and to whoever is behind the counter that day.
The register will sell you a marketing bundle for this: loyalty, email, texting, gift cards. The restaurant platform will run it for you, if you are a restaurant and are willing to move your ordering and share a percentage of every order. Both leave the same gap for everyone else: nobody builds the offers, and nobody runs them.
- Customers leave without joining a list
- Return visits depend entirely on memory
- Lapsed regulars disappear without a signal
The offer program
How does the offer program work with the register I already have?
Nothing to integrate and nothing to switch. A QR code on the counter or the receipt takes the customer to a hosted form in the TRND Hub™. The Hub sends the first-time offer as a code, and the code is redeemed at the register as an ordinary offer code, which every register supports. From that moment the customer is on a list with a date against their name.
Joined list is the entry point, not a pipeline stage. From there the retail pipeline runs first-time offer, redeemed, returning, lapsed and win-back. At every stage the Hub asks whether this customer has gone cold for too many days. A customer who redeemed the first offer and has not been back in six weeks gets the returning-customer offer. A regular who lapses gets the win-back. A happy customer gets the referral reward and a place in the monthly giveaway.
If you run Square, the Hub can read your sales in so that returning and lapsed are measured rather than self-reported. That connection is Square today. For every other register, the code path above works as described.
The retail pipeline
- 01First-time offer
- 02Redeemed
- 03Returning
- 04Lapsed
- 05Win-back
At every stage the Hub asks one question: Has this customer gone cold at this stage for X days?

Retail Growth is deliberately light. A café does not need domain authority the way a contractor competing for emergency calls does, so there is no backlink outreach in the retail package and the work is sized to match.
Our competitors
How does it compare with the register bundle and the restaurant platform?
Two honest columns. The register marketing bundle is a tool you run yourself. The restaurant platform does run it for you, and it beats AutoTRND on online ordering and a branded app. A restaurant living on online orders should go to them. Everyone else in retail is who this is built for.

The two blank rows in our column are real: AutoTRND does not do online ordering or a branded app. The blank rows in theirs are the work. Nobody in this table handles the Google profile, the reviews and the monthly content for a barbershop or a gym except us.
