How it works
Your own instance, not a seat on someone else’s platform.
You get your own instance, with no neighbouring agency in your database. Renting includes AutoTRND hosting. Buying once gives you the choice: run it on your own accounts, or add managed hosting for $49/mo.
The important part
Your accounts. Your database. Your blast radius.
Every agency gets its own instance. Not a partition, not a row with your name on it — its own database and its own deployment, with no neighbouring agency in the same table and no per-record pricing, because there is nobody to meter you against.
That is a deliberate refusal, not a missing feature. Separate instances keep each blast radius to one business. We host every rental. Buy-once owners choose who runs theirs: host on their own accounts, or add our $49/mo managed hosting.
The sequence
From your accounts to your client working in it.
-
You choose access or ownership
Rent it and AutoTRND hosts it. Buy once and run it on your own database and hosting accounts, with a setup call, or add managed hosting for $49/mo. Self-hosting is only for buy-once owners.
-
The instance gets installed
Not a signup form. The Hub is deployed and configured for you either way, with the branding layer set to whichever tier you took.
-
You connect your own phone and social account
This one stays yours on both paths, because it is the only cost that grows with your client list. We help you set it up, we never hold your card, and you bill it on to your clients at whatever markup you like.
-
You add a client by business type
Service, retail or ecommerce. That single choice sets the pipeline stages, the offer logic and the dashboard, because business type is a real field in the schema rather than a folder of custom fields you fill in by hand.
-
Your client works in it
Their customers, bookings and payments through their own Stripe. You are not in the payment path and never hold their money.
-
The offer program runs
First-time offer, returning-customer offer, win-back and referral reward, with the cold-stage question underneath every stage: has this customer gone quiet for too long?
What this is, and what it is not.
What it is
- The owner-facing business system — customers, bookings, payments, the offer program, the pipeline, the dashboard
- Your own instance, on your infrastructure or ours, configured per client by business type
- Unlimited clients, with no per-seat and no per-client fee at any tier
- Yours to brand and to price however you like, on the white-label tier
What it is not
- The TRND-Site™. The customer-facing website is part of the managed offer for business owners, not part of this
- A shared platform where every agency is a tenant in one database
- A finished replacement for a large commercial platform — see the FAQ, where that question gets a straight answer
